Caleb turned five years old today. I cannot believe that my little baby is so old!
Eli and I got to spend the day today with Caleb and his VPK class. Before school, Caleb got to open up his present from us - a Lego Star Wars X-Wing Fighter with six figures. He was so excited!
At school, Ms. Tammy gave Caleb a birthday crown to wear, and the kids sang happy birthday before eating the cupcakes I had made.
During the field trip to the fire station, we got to meet some Oviedo fire fighters, tour the station, check out a fire truck up close, and watch a firefighter come down the fire pole. The highlight for all of the kids was spraying the water hose. Even Eli got a turn.
It was a fun day, and I was glad we got to be with him all day, especially since I had to teach tonight.
